Solar poles to become quadrupolar in May

Magnetic field polarity at the solar poles will reverse and become quadrupolar in May, meaning positive fields will emerge in the North and South poles and negative fields will emerge on the equator, according to the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan and other institutes.

When a similar phenomenon occurred about 300 years ago, the Earth's average temperature fell slightly.

A research team led by Saku Tsuneta, a professor at the observatory, analyzed solar magnetic fields data using Hinode, an observational satellite, and confirm!!ed that the polarity of the magnetic field at the North Pole began to reverse in July last year.

The researchers also found the magnetic field at the South Pole, which was expected to reverse along with the North Pole, maintained a positive polarity, ensuring the formation of a quadrupole magnetic field.

The cause behind the shifts in polar fields is not understood. However, it is known that the shifts coincide with the increase and decrease in the number of sunspots over an about 11-year cycle.

The current sunspot cycle has stretched for close to 13 years. A similar situation occurred in the 17th to 18th century,

when the average temperature of the Northern Hemisphere decreased by 0.6 C. The research team believes the quadrupolar pattern also emerged at that time. (Apr. 21, 2012)

'300년전 비슷한 현상이 생겼을 때' (註 : 300년 전이라면 지구가 둥그네 평평하네... 하면서 천동설 지동설을 주장하던 

그 시절인데,  달랑 막대기 망원경 같은 장비를 갖고 도대체 뭘 관측했다는 것일까...?)  지구 전체의 평균기온이 약간

떨어진 적이 있다. 동 관측소의 사꾸 스네타 교수가 이끄는 조사연구팀은 '히노데' 관측위성이 보내온 태양자기장 자료를 분석한

결과 태양북극의 자기장은 벌써 작년 7월부터 뒤집히기 시작한 것을 확인했다.  당초 조사연구원들은 태양이 남극과 북극을

서로 맞바꾸는 것으로 예측하였으나  +극을 그대로 유지함으로서, 오히려 4극장이 형성될 것임을 확실시하게 되었다.  

 

극 자기장이 왜 전환되는지 그 원인은 모른다 (! ) 그러나 우연처럼 약 11년마다 늘었다 줄었다하는 태양흑점주기와 

극의 전환이 일치하는 것은 알려져 있다.  현재의 태양 흑점주기는 다소 늘어져서 13년쯤 된다. ...(늘어진 원인은?)

지난 17 ~ 18세기에도 비슷한 일이 일어나서(?) 북반구 평균기온은 섭씨 0.6도 떨어졌다. 조사연구팀은 그 때에도 태양에 '4극

자기장'이 형성되었을 것으로 보고 있다.

그냥 불타는 가스 덩어리 처럼 보이는 태양에선 아무도 그 원인을 모르는 일이 참 많이도 생기네요.   

지구의 극점프를 유도하려고  먼저 시범을 보이는 듯...?

현대과학의 태양에 대한 이해는 아직도 걸음마 단계라고 합니다. 기사를 보면 300여년 전에 같은 현상이 있었다는 것도 추측에 불과한 것으로 보아 이번 사극화 현상이 지구에 미칠 영향은 어느 과학자도 단언할 수 없겠지요. 자세히 번역해 주신 불심님의 배려에 감사드립니다.

(300년 전에 그런 일이 있었다고 번역을 했지만..?)
호랑이 담배먹던 시절 같던 그 당시, 즉 '히노데' 같은 첨단 관측위성은 차치하고라도 변변한 천체망원경 조차 없었는데, 뭘 가지고

태양관측을 했다는 것일까?  이처럼 중대한 천체이변 현상에 대하여 신문사에서 안심성 멘트를 삽입해 넣었구나 란 생각이 듭니다. 

작금의 전세계 메이저 신문, 방송은 UFO현상을 비롯하여 격증하는 자연계 이변현상 보도와 관련하여, 대중의 과도한

공포심을 우려하여 물타기성 멘트 문구를 꼭 끼워넣고 있습니다. 경각심과 관심을 가지고 지켜 보셔야 할 대목입니다.
